GROOM'S MOM LOST IN THE WOODS

A couple had to delay their New Hampshire wedding this weekend after the groom’s mother got lost in the woods. The family rented a property in the town of Landoff for the weekend. Police were called to the area Sunday after the groom’s mother was reported missing. Troopers found the woman after a few hours, and she was reunited with her family, safe and sound. Police said she had “gotten turned around and lost in the woods.” The wedding was delayed for several hours.
* Rescuers noted that the woman was not caught in a trap, nor did she have to chew off her own arm, although for some reason she did.
* Why was she in the woods? No indoor plumbing?
* On the bright side, the leaves are pretty this time of year.
* Look out, daughter-in-law. From here on out, everything will be about HER.
* Now if the marriage doesn’t work, the groom’s mother will be saying, “Don’t blame me. I tried to get you out of it.”
* Oh, not a problem. Rescheduling a wedding at the last minute is no big deal.
* One thing is for sure: The daughter-in-law now hates this woman’s guts.
* Although, to be fair, she might have already hated her.
