WINDSHIELD WASHER FLUID LEADS TO ROAD RAGE

You know how sometimes when you’re driving, the guy in front of you is spraying his washer fluid and a little of it splashes on your car? Detectives in Santa Clarita, California, are on a manhunt for an unidentified suspect accused of shooting at a family’s SUV after he apparently got angry that windshield washer fluid from the SUV landed on his car. The incident happened Monday. The driver of the SUV said she “activated her windshield washer nozzles to wash her windshield,” the sheriff’s station said. A man driving a gray Honda Civic then “pulled alongside her vehicle and motioned for her to roll her window down” before yelling at her “that she got his new car wet.” The driver “apologized and then rolled her window back up,” but the suspect pulled out a gun and “fired at least two rounds” at the SUV. No one in the car was physically injured, but the tires of the family’s SUV were blown out. The suspect then fled the scene, the sheriff’s station said. Police describe the suspect “to be a white male, 20-30 years old, with a goatee.”
