MAN ATTEMPTS TO ROB CAR WASH WITH A POTATO CHIP BAG

Police in Rohnert Park, California, are searching for a man who attempted to rob a car wash with an empty potato chip bag Friday night. The suspect approached a cashier at the KaCees World of Water just before 8 p.m., dropped the bag on the counter and demanded it be filled with money, police said. He then signaled there was a gun in the bag, but the cashier noticed there was only a piece of cardboard inside and called over another employee for help when the suspect continued to insist on the money. The suspect fled after the second employee showed up.
* That was very un-Wise.
* The piece of cardboard inside the bag was probably a Pringle.
* Was the cardboard at least shaped like a gun?
* Bet you can’t rob just one.
* A car wash. ‘Cause that’s where the big money is.
* This guy thought he was all that and a bag of chips.
* At least he was thoughtful enough to bring his own bag.
* Notice that the phrase “criminal mastermind” does not appear in this story.
* The bag didn’t have any chips in it and his head didn’t have any brains in it.
* So much of a successful crime takes place in the planning stage.
