MAN GOES TO DENTIST, WAKES UP WITH NO TEETH

Donny Grisby went in to White River Dental in Columbus, Indiana, to have four teeth removed. When he woke up covered in blood in an ambulance, he had no teeth at all. After five hours in the waiting room of White River Dental, Grisby’s wife Amanda demanded to know what was going on. She discovered that the dentist had decided to remove all of her husband’s teeth because they were worried an infection might spread. Amanda says that her husband was unresponsive and covered in blood, he then “coded” twice in an ambulance and required resuscitation while being taken to a hospital. The Grisbys said they have retained a lawyer and are seeking to file a malpractice lawsuit. So, what happened? The dentist has not responded due to because of patient confidentiality laws but did say that “all the proper consent forms are signed prior to any treatment being performed on any patient at White River Dental”. As for Donny? The 36-year-old said: “I am so ashamed now. I have no teeth.”
* Well, actually it was more like, “I’b foh aphamed nah. Ah aff no feef.”
* Stay strong, Donny. We’re pulling for you.
* White River Dental? Yeah it’s a white river of teeth going down the drain.
* Look at the bargain he got – 30 pulled for the price of four. Everybody complains about something.
* This wasn’t Joan Rivers’ ex-doctor, was it?
* This would be a great case for “An eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth.”
* Hey, why not look on the bright side? No more cavities.
* Plus, think of the time you’ll save flossing.
* Then there’s the cost of the toothpaste over a lifetime.
* It’s not working, is it?
