15-FOOT COW-EATING ALLIGATOR CAUGHT, KILLED

A massive alligator was caught and killed by hunters at Outwest Farms in Okeechobee, Florida. Farm owner Lee Lightsey, along with his son Mason, his guide Blake Godwin and two hunters discovered the gator Saturday at one of the ponds on their private ranch. They believe the gator had been eating his cows. The animal weighed in at 780 pounds, according to Lightsey, and was 15 feet long. The Florida state record for the largest alligator caught is 14 feet, 3 1/2 inches.
* So why bury the lead here? Shouldn’t this read, “Big Alligator Sets New State Record”?
* So did they win a prize?
* The only thing left behind from the cows was a badly-scrawled sign saying “EAT MOR CHIKIN.”
* Sure a cow-eating alligator is pretty scary but imagine an alligator-eating cow?
* One line I’ll always remember from this alligator show I saw is that they’ve been catching animals along the riverbank since those animals were dinosaurs.
* This thing was big enough to make shoes and a purse for everyone in the Kardashian family.
* Oh, you’re telling me Caitlyn Jenner wouldn’t like a nice alligator handbag?
