HIDING SUSPECT CAUGHT SLEEPING IN CLOTHES DRYER

Brookside, Alabama, police performed a drug raid on a house. Multiple people inside and outside the home attempted to run away from authorities who had arrived to search the house. The raid and search of the house went on for a couple of hours. At about the 1 hour and 45 minute mark, however, the officers heard snoring coming from the clothes dryer. That’s where they found Michael Christopher Davis curled up inside the appliance. The 33-year-old suspect told police they had spent so much time searching the home Wednesday afternoon that he fell asleep while hiding in the dryer.

* Police described him as “nice and fluffy.”
* If you put him in jail, just don’t get him a job in the prison laundry.
