PEEING WOMAN FALLS OFF NEW YORK ROOFTOP

A 19-year-old woman was seriously injured when she was blown off the rooftop of an upper Manhattan building by a gust of wind as she peed near the ledge. The teenage woman and her 20-year-old male friend had gone up to the roof of the five-story building in Washington Heights around 2 a.m. when she walked to the edge and urinated, the friend told cops. The friend said the young woman was blown off the roof as she whizzed into the strong winds, causing her to land on the roof of an adjacent building two stories below. The panicked friend called 911 and explained that his friend had been swept off the roof by the wind. Emergency responders rushed the unidentified woman to Harlem Hospital, where she was listed in critical but stable condition.
* She fell onto the roof two stories below – splat!
* On the way down she yelled “Weeeeee …”
* In her entire life, this was her Number One mistake.
* Sure, she could have faced INTO the wind, but then it would have got on her shoes.
* Hey, it’s take a LEAK, not take a LEAP.
* Don’t try to be gutsy when it’s gusty.
