BALD MAN STEALING ROGAINE

Police in Mount Healthy, Ohio (a real place) are searching for a bald man they say was involved in the theft of $847 in Rogaine from at least three stores. Police say he is linked to similar thefts from retailers in nearby suburbs. Authorities released surveillance images of the bald man appearing to hold up a shopping basket. They’re not sure if he’s using any of the products himself but suspect he tries to sell them online or at flea markets.
* So … he’s scalping them?
* He’s not quite on the level of Mr. Heisenberg from “Breaking Bad,” but whatever.
* The bald guy’s getting away with it, though, so he must be pretty slick.
* If he is using it, it’s not exactly a great sales boost for the Rogaine people … he’s making it look like it doesn’t work, and it’s too expensive to buy.
* Mt. Healthy. That’s one thing I love about the wacky news: You get to hear about places you’d never hear about anywhere else.

* Mt. Healthy was founded in 1817 but was originally called Mt. Pleasant. In 1850 there was a cholera epidemic where people in the town remained healthy while others around it died, so they renamed the town Mt. Healthy.
* And that’s pretty much all that happened there, ’til this guy stole the Rogaine.
