HBO EXECUTIVE DIED, LEFT EVERYTHING TO A STRIPPER
Micky Liu, an IT director for HBO who lived alone in New York City, was suffering from heart disease, diabetes and chronic alcoholism when he died last March at age 50. But more shocking than his early death was what he did with his money – he left it all to a stripper at the Scores gentleman’s club in Atlantic City, New Jersey. Even though Mr. Liu knew dancer Veronica Beckham for only a few months, he named her as the beneficiary on his 401(k) account, retirement plan and a life insurance policy worth $223,000. Mr. Liu’s sister, May, is contesting the will. She claims that Beckham, as a professional exotic dancer, was adept at applying and using coercion and manipulation upon men. Despite the sister’s accusations, Beckham claimed in a deposition they never had a sexual relationship: “We had more of an everlasting friendship.”
* It’s Anna Nicole Smith all over again.
* Sounds like she can go from taking it off, to just taking off.
* Yes, he only knew her for a few months but they were the best months of his life.
* So, if it was just a friendship, could you still say the guy had a Happy Ending?
* Hey, are you suggesting that you can’t have genuine feelings for a stripper, because you just lost me there.
* I don’t buy the sister’s argument. Guys don’t need coercion and manipulation to appreciate strippers. We’re happy to do it.
* So next time you pay your cable bill imagine the money going to an exotic dancer.
* His name was Mr Liu as in, “I’m giving the money to a stripper in lieu of paying my family.”
