GUY REFUSES TO BUM A CIGARETTE, GETS WHUPPED

In New York, a man smoking a cigarette outside a trendy West Village hotel was tasered, beaten and robbed by two men who were turned down when they tried to bum a smoke from him. The 25-year-old victim was in front of the Jane Hotel when the two thugs approached him around 4 a.m. Sunday. When one of the men was refused a cigarette, he pulled out a taser and began shocking the victim several times in the face and neck, cops said. Once he was on the ground, the duo began stomping the victim before stealing his $600 Samsung cellphone. Surveillance video near the Jane Street hotel caught the attackers hopping in a cab and driving off.
