BEAR WALKS INTO MONTANA HIGH SCHOOL
Students at Bozeman, Montana, High School had a bear walk into their school Wednesday morning. The bear walked from a nearby woods into the school through an open garage door near the football field. It made its way to an interior courtyard, according to Bozeman Schools Superintendent Rob Watson, and then he started sniffing around the edge of the building (the bear, not Superintendent Rob Watson). The bear then walked into the school and started walking down a hall inside the high school around 7:30 a.m. Students and teachers inside the school were put into classrooms with closed doors. Eventually, Bozeman Police chased the bear out of the school and into an open field.
* Maybe he was tired of, you know, pooping in the woods.
* This beats the heck out of Mary and her little lamb coming to school.
* Wow, high school is tough enough without dealing with a mauling from a bear.
* At least there was a happy ending. It could have been grizzly.
* Actually I was mauled by a real bear after the prom.
* Sure, walk through a high school, but when a human wanders into your territory, you go nuts.
* Fortunately, the bear left after getting a whiff of the cafeteria food.
* The kids are rolling with it. They just voted the bear the homecoming queen.
* Great, things are so bad that now we have bears dropping out of school.
