WOMAN GIVES BIRTH TO IDENTICAL TWIN SISTER'S CHILD

After finding out her identical twin sister was unable to have a baby, a Long Island, New York, woman offered to carry her sister’s baby. On Wednesday, August 5, she gave birth to her nephew, a healthy baby boy. Allison Ardolino Dinkelacker was 30 weeks pregnant with her first child when she learned she had stage 3 breast cancer. She needed to start chemotherapy immediately, and her son Dylan was born by emergency caesarean section at 31 weeks. Cancer-free but unable to conceive again because her cancer was brought on by hormones, Allison wanted another child to grow her family. Her twin sister, Dawn Ardolino Policastro, offered to carry the baby.
* Wasn’t this the plot of one of those “American Horror Stories”?
* “Allison Ardolino Dinkelacker … Her name is my name, too …”
* Hillbillies also give birth to their own nephews, but that’s a whole other deal.
* Her cancer was brought on by hormones? And I thought acne was bad.
* I’m sure the husband was cool with it.
* Hold it, did she carry her sister’s baby or was it her baby from the start? This is getting weird.
* Now I remember why I flunked biology.
* The point is everyone is happy.
* Mother’s Day is going to be confusing but everyone’s happy.
