WOMAN SPREADS CONTAMINATED POO ON CO-WORKER'S CHAIR, COMPUTER MOUSE

A Virginia lab worker – now fired – has pleaded guilty to spreading contaminated feces on a co-worker’s computer mouse and desk chair, but she won’t see any jail time. Andrea Edwards, 31, obtained a stool sample from a patient she had tested in the lab. It had tested positive for a type of bacteria known to cause infection, diarrhea, stomach pain and death. She took the sample from the lab to the office area and put it on the co-worker’s computer mouse and chair. In court, she was given a two-year sentence with time suspended. That means Edwards won’t serve jail time, but she will spend the next year on supervised probation.
* Man, the crap you have to put up with at work.
* It didn’t sound too bad with the diarrhea and stomach pain, but then they had to throw “death” in there.
* On the bright side, the victim gets a new office chair out of the deal.
* This puts yesterday’s story of the spitting roommate into some context.
* Actually, it doesn’t. They’re both twisted psychos.
* So how is trying to give someone a deadly bacteria not considered attempted murder?
* Time to upgrade that list of annoying things your co-workers do at the office.
* “10. Employees who don’t clean up after themselves in the break area. 11. Employees who are always late to meetings. 12. Employees who put deadly bacteria on your mouse.”
