BANK ROBBER USED FAKE BEARD OVER HIS REAL BEARD

Christopher Furay, 33, was arrested for bank robbery in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. After the first four robberies, police were looking for a suspect with a red beard. After his security camera pictures began circulating in the media, Furay started wearing a fake red beard to cover his real one. He was caught when police recognized his getaway car. Furay confessed to all six robberies after his arrest.
* Then he slowly pulled off his fake rubber Christopher Furay face revealing his real Christopher Furay face underneath.
* Okay, I’m still trying to figure out the logic of wearing a fake beard over your real beard.

* I think the answer is that sometimes they secretly want to get caught.
* Oh, and then there’s that other possibility: sometimes they’re incredibly stupid.
* I think my plan would have been to shave off the beard to look different, but that’s just me.
* I guess the idea was to wear the fake red beard so that … can anyone help me with this?
* At some point you don’t ask – you just say, “Get in the squad car and shut up.”
* He actually wanted to wear a third red beard but his head was starting to look like a big red sagebrush.
