WISCONSIN SERIAL POOPER CAUGHT ON DRONE – Feb 9

A Wisconsin woman was identified as the mystery public pooper plaguing residents after drones caught her in the act of defecating in a city park. People in the town of Stoughton reported repeatedly finding human feces and used toilet paper in the park. Police set up trail cameras and was able to establish a pattern of someone who was defecating in the park during the early morning hours. After the pattern was established, a drone operator recorded the suspected person – a 46-year-old woman – in the act. She was cited for indecent conduct.
