AUDIO: MAN ON A HORSE CHASES HIT-AND-RUN DRIVER

A man was visiting a friend in Riverside, New Jersey, to show his horse, Shiny, to his friends. While he was riding there, he saw a gray Honda Accord strike a parked car and take off. The man, who gave his name as “PJ,” took off after the car on his horse and managed to get close enough to get a partial license-plate number. That information helped police identify the suspect, a 22-year-old man, who was charged with careless driving, driving without a license, failure to report an accident, and leaving the scene of an accident.
* Hi-yo Shiny, away!
* Doesn’t say much for the Honda Accord that it was outrun by a one-horsepower conveyance.
* I thought urban cowboys went out with the 70’s.
* Okay, nice job, PJ. Now get off your high horse.
