AUDIO: WAR ON CHRISTMAS – MINISTER TELLS SCHOOL KIDS SANTA ISN’T REAL
Last week in Hampshire, England, local vicar Reverend Paul Chamberlain went to Lee-on-the-Solent junior school to speak to the kids, aged between 10 and 11, about the nativity story, and ended up telling them there was no Santa Claus, prompting pupils to cry. He also told them that their parents bought their presents and ate the cookies they left out for Santa. Angry parents said he “ruined Christmas.” The vicar later admitted that this was an error of judgment, and sent a letter of apology to parents and the children.
