INDIAN MAN WAKES UP ON FUNERAL PYRE
An Indian man awoke on a funeral pyre moments before it was to be set on fire. Rohitash Kumar, 25, had fallen sick and was taken to a hospital in the town of Jhunjhunu on Thursday. He had had an epileptic seizure, and a doctor declared him dead on arrival at the hospital. But instead of the required postmortem to ascertain the cause of death, doctors just sent him to the mortuary, and then to be burned according to Hindu rites. Shortly before the funeral pyre was to be lit, Mr. Rohitash’s body started moving. He was rushed to the hospital for a second time, but was later confirmed dead on Friday. Three doctors were suspended at the hospital.
* They should have been suspended over hot coals.
* Well, there goes the barbecue.
* I bet he was hot under the collar.
* He was pretty burned up about almost being burned up.
* Those Indians take the game Hot or Not seriously.
