PET SURVEY – CANCELING PLANS TO STAY HOME WITH YOUR PET

According to a new survey of 2,000 cat and dog owners from pet food brand Nutrish:
– Almost half of pet parents have canceled plans just to stay home with their pet. 48% say they have bailed on plans with friends and family, and they’ve done this an average of five times in their pet’s life.
– 30% admit they’ve called out of work just to stay home with their pet — averaging four times since they’ve brought the animal home.
