SLEEP RIGHT, LIVE LONGER

Want to live longer? A new study from Harvard Medical School finds that following these five good sleep habits added nearly five years to a man’s life expectancy and almost 2.5 years to a woman’s life.
1. Falling asleep easily.
2. Stay asleep.
3. Make sure you get a full seven to eight hours of sleep each night.
4. Wake up rested.
5. Don’t take sleep meds.
* “OH MY GOD, I FORGOT I’VE GOT A RESEARCH STUDY DUE TOMORROW MORNING!!!” said the Harvard Medical School student.
* #4: How to wake up rested? #2: Stay asleep. Genius. This is why you go to Harvard.
* How is a college kid even familiar with any of these suggestions? Ever try to sleep in a dorm?
* “Following these five good sleep habits added nearly five years to a man’s life expectancy.” A man’s. It worked with one guy.
* I think they missed a step involving bourbon.
* What I’m hearing is, don’t have kids, pets or spouses.
