9-YEAR-OLD BRAZILIAN BOY SNEAKS ON PLANE, FLIES OFF

An 9-year-old Brazilian boy snuck onto an airplane and traveled almost 2,000 miles across the country. Emanuel de Oliveira was reported missing by his parents in the city of Manaus on Saturday morning. The boy snuck out of his house and made his way to a nearby airport, where he boarded a plane without a ticket. According to local media reports, Emanuel had Googled “how to get on a plane unnoticed.” He traveled on a flight from Manaus, in the northwest of Brazil, to the city of Guarulhos, in the southeast. Manaus airport management is investigating how the boy was able to board a plane with no ticket and no luggage. Police say the boy had simply decided to travel to visit some of his other family members.
* I’m sure the Manaus airport crack security squad is reviewing their procedures even as we speak. Both of them.
* Here’s a hint guys – the first thing you should do is check the kid’s Google results.
* They want to know why he was traveling in South America without a suitcase full of drugs. It’s a requirement down there.
* There’s a “Home Alone” movie to be made from this story. It’s the opposite of the original – he goes flying off while his family stays home.
