GOOGLE MAPS LEADS GROOM TO WRONG HOUSE

A man in Indonesia nearly married the wrong woman after Google Maps led him to the wrong location. There were two ceremonies in the same village on Sunday – a wedding and an engagement. When a man entered the home where the wedding was being held, the family welcomed him and proceeded to exchange gifts. The bride was shocked when she saw the man’s group and didn’t recognize any of them. One member of the group eventually realized they had entered the wrong house, and blamed the mistake on Google Maps. The bride’s family directed them to the correct house. When the actual groom showed up late, he said they had to stop to look for a bathroom.
* Maybe Google Maps has its own opinion of which woman is right for him.
* “Ehhhh, sorry, we gave that other guy all of your gifts.”
* When new technology meets old-time customs, it ain’t pretty.
* This sounds like the premise of a TLC show – “Oops! Wrong Bride!”
