DEFENDANT SHOT DEAD BY GANGSTERS DRESSED AS LAWYERS

A defendant standing trial for murder was killed by two men, believed to be members of a rival gang, who shot him at a hearing in a New Delhi courtroom. The two gunmen, dressed as lawyers, opened fire on Friday afternoon on defendant Jitender Gogi, who was on trial for his alleged involvement in 19 murder and attempted murder cases. Police immediately returned fire and shot the two gunmen dressed as lawyers. All 3 gangsters died, there were no other injuries.
