The body of an elderly woman has been found eaten ‘from the waist up’ by her pet cats in Spain. Clara Ines Tobon, 79, was a known hoarder. She lived alone in her apartment in Madrid. Her body was discovered last Monday after neighbors complained of a stench. She was believed to have been dead for at least three months. One officer on the scene said she had been ‘eaten from the waist up’ by her cats. Five of the cats were dead, and two were found alive in very poor condition before being sent to the municipal Animal Protection Center.
