SPANISH MAN BUSTED FOR TAKING HIS FISH FOR A WALK

In Spain, people are under severe coronavirus quarantine and are not supposed to leave their homes. There is an exception to the rule allowing pet owners to leave their homes so that their pets can relieve themselves. One unidentified man in Logrono, Spain, was busted by police last week for taking his fish, in its bowl, on a walk. It’s not known if he got a ticket, or was just told to turn around and go home.
* The fish gets a change of scenery, plus the guy loves to tease the neighborhood cats.
* Guy is just like his fish’s food. Flaky.
* What a moron. What I do for my fish is, I set the bowl in front of the TV and put on the Travel Channel.
* He wanted to take his snake for a walk, but – y’know – the leash won’t stay on.
