TOURISTS BREAK LOCKDOWN, MADE TO WRITE “I’M SORRY” 500 TIMES
In Rishikesh, India, ten foreigners who broke a coronavirus lockdown were forced to repent by writing “I am so sorry” 500 times. The tourists – from Israel, Mexico, Australia and Austria – were caught taking a walk. Local police officer Vinod Sharma said they were each made to write “I did not follow the rules of lockdown so I am so sorry” 500 times.
* Vinod Sharma is the Indian name for “Bart Simpson”.
* Worst of all, they first all had to learn Hindi so they could write it in the local language.
* Well, heck – the whole thing with the lockdown is passing the time, right?
* Next time, go with cow costumes.
