AUSTRALIAN NEWSPAPER OFFERS TOILET PAPER PULLOUT SECTION

As the coronavirus makes its way around the world, some regions are experience a toilet paper shortage, even though diarrhea is not a symptom of the virus.  In Australia, a newspaper tabloid called the Northern Territory News is offering, in Thursday’s papers, an 8-page liftout of what they call toilet newspaper. It’s not clear if the liftout section is made of a thinner, lighter, less abrasive paper than regular newsprint, but the pages are printed with a simple pattern of the newspaper’s logo.
