WIFE PUT LAXATIVES IN HUSBAND’S BEER TO GET HIM TO STOP DRINKING

A woman in Sinaloa, Mexico, wanted to get her husband to stop drinking. She tried to make him think he had become allergic to alcohol by lacing his beers with natural laxatives like castor oil. She would offer to always get her husband his beer, and would add a few drops into the bottle to achieve a mild, gradual laxative effect. Her husband later told police that he found it a bit strange when his wife offered to always get his beer, but he “let himself be loved and pampered”. As the natural laxatives started working, his wife tried to convince him that the diarrhea was a sign of allergy, most likely to alcohol. But he didn’t quit, and she started putting more laxatives into his beers. By the next morning, José Brayan’s diarrhea had gotten so bad that he couldn’t even make it to the bathroom, so he went to a hospital. The man told doctors that he would never drink beer again, but then his wife confessed to the laxative plot. She was taken into police custody and will most likely face criminal charges.
