FARMER EATEN BY HIS OWN PIGS

Investigators in the Polish town of Osiek believe a pig farmer was devoured by his own pigs. A neighbor reportedly called law enforcement after discovering the remains of a man while going to fetch water from a well nearby. The body was almost entirely eaten, with just a few bones and skull fragments remaining. It was not immediately clear how the man died – Farmer Krzysztof was in his seventies, and officials suspect either a heart attack or a fall – but it reportedly was clear that the pigs fed on him. The animals roamed freely through the yard. There is now some argument over whether or not to put the pigs down.
