STOLEN PENGUINS FOUND
Two stolen penguins have been rescued by police officers acting on a tip. The Humboldt penguins were reported missing after they were taken from a British zoo in November. Nottinghamshire Police said they found the pair in Strelley village last Wednesday. The birds have been returned to the zoo, which is being left unnamed “for investigative reasons”, and a 23-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of burglary and theft.
* They caught the guy. It was all there in black and white.
* Until the tip, the missing penguins was a cold case.
* In the meantime the zoo replaced the penguins with some chunky kids in tuxedos.
* Is there really an underground market for penguins?
* Maybe they were those rare tap-dancing penguins.
