AUDIO: DRIVER BLAMES SPEEDING ON MOTLEY CRUE’S “KICKSTART MY HEART”

A driver in Manitoba, Canada tried to blame his speeding by telling the police officer that he’d been listening to Mötley Crüe’s “Kickstart My Heart”. The song came on the radio in the driver’s car just before he was pulled over. Police said the man was driving at 90 mph (145 km/h). According to the post, the RCMP officer who pulled over the driver was also listening to ‘Kickstart My Heart’ at the same time as they were both tuned into the same radio station. The driver was fined $640 for the offense.
* Takin’ a ride on the Wild Side!
* He told the cop “Don’t Go Away Mad – Just Go Away.”
* He can’t drive 55. Oops, wrong band.
* “Kickstart My Heart”. Wasn’t that written by Dick Cheney when he got his pacemaker?
* Now when he drives, the judge has ordered him to listen to YoYo Ma (or Kenny G, etc.).
