TEEN GETS DRIVERS LICENSE, LOSES IT 49 MINUTES LATER

A German teenager was caught speeding in the town of Hemer and lost his license just 49 minutes after he had passed his driving test. Police officers clocked him driving nearly twice the speed limit, at 95km/h (60mph) in a 50km/h (30mph) zone. The teen has been formally banned from driving for at least four weeks, and will need to take a remedial driving insturction course, in addition to paying a $200 fine.
