MILLENNIALS MORE WILLING TO BUY A HAUNTED HOUSE

According to a recent Realtor.com survey of more than 1,000 people, one in three buyers would be willing to purchase a “haunted” home as long as they could get a little something extra to sweeten the deal. Of all age groups, millennials were the most likely buy a “haunted house” if they could get a lower price because of it.
– On the other hand, only about 34 percent of sellers would disclose ghosts to interested buyers, while another 27 percent would only tell them if they were asked about it.
– Realtor.com suggests that buyers should do a little research to see if any murders happened in the home. If so, they can use that information to their advantage at the negotiating table.
* And that’s how you use a killing to make a killing in real estate.
* How many of these people also have skeletons in the closet?
* You think this is scary? Apparently NOBODY in this survey replied “There’s no such thing as ghosts.”
