CAR WASH WORKER DRIVES OFF WITH CAR

A Chicago woman, identified only as Veronica, went to the Aqua Clean Hand Car Wash to get the car cleaned. As she and her husband went to give a tip to the man who was drying it, he suddenly jumped inside the vehicle and took off. Other employees told them the thief was a new hire, and the only thing anyone knew about him was his name and his phone number. Veronica tried to talk to the owner of the car wash to get surveillance footage, but the owner wasn’t in the country at the time. Police are investigating.
* Maybe he’s just air-drying the car for, you know, a few days.
* No tip then?
* At least it was a clean getaway.
* Cool. Now everybody in the world knows a quick and easy way to steal a car.
* The lesson here is: Next time you take your car to get cleaned, remove the wheels.
