LEGLESS SUSPECT TRIED TO HIDE IN PLASTIC CONTAINER

A Winter Haven, Florida man tried to help his legless girlfriend evade police capture by hiding her in a plastic storage bin. Krystle Lee Anderson, 39, lost her legs to injuries from a 2015 gun battle with cops – she robbed a Burger King with a BB gun, and she pointed the toy pistol at an officer, prompting him to open fire, and she lost her legs from the injuries she sustained. This time, Anderson was on the run (* phrasing!) after skipping out (* phrasing!!) on a court date in Orange County, where she was standing trial (* PHRASING!!!) for charges from that 2015 incident. When Sheriff’s deputies and U.S. Marshals came knocking at her boyfriend’s home on Tuesday, the man claimed Anderson wasn’t there. However, one of the officers had spied him through a bedroom window cramming the 4-foot-tall woman into a plastic bin. Sheriffs arrested the couple.
