CHICAGO MCDONALD'S TO OFFER ITEMS FROM FOREIGN MCD'S

McDonald’s is opening a futuristic new 6,000 square-foot restaurant in Chicago. The modern-looking restaurant also features high-tech accents, like cell-phone charging built into the tables. The store’s coffee bar will have full-time baristas whipping up specialty espresso drinks. And beyond that, this McDonald’s will be offering food from other McDonald’s outposts around the world. For example:
– Cheese & bacon fries from Australia
– The McSpicy chicken sandwich from Hong Kong
– Brazil’s McFlurry Prestígio – a vanilla soft serve with strawberry sauce and chocolate-covered coconut bites.
The international menu will rotate “every couple months or so.”
* Those menu items sound like they’re really pushing the envelope. About a sixteenth of an inch.
* Next month, I hear they’re going to offer fries from France.
* And some kind of meat sandwich from Hamburg, Germany.
* It’s Chicago. If you freak people out too much, there could be gunfire.
* You can explore how people in other countries are ruining THEIR health.
