WOMAN SUES DRAG RESTAURANT FOR FAKE BREAST ASSAULT
A woman is suing a Florida restaurant for $1.5 million for injuries from a drag performer’s fake breast. Neldin Molina is suing the Hamburger Mary restaurant in Tampa. Hamburger Mary’s is a chain that features good food, great atmosphere and a drag show, which not all diners are aware of when they eat there. Molina states she was dining with friends and family members in May 2015 and was unaware of the drag show until it began during her meal. She had turned her back to the stage to eat and socialize with her fellow diners when, according to her lawsuit, a performer allegedly grabbed her by the head and “wiggled her fake breast against her face and head eight times.” The performer then “violently” pounded Molina’s face against the fake breast “up to nine times.” Molina said she felt an immediate headache and neck pain after the encounter and later visited the emergency room for “excruciating cervical pain and uncontrollable headaches.”
* Also, her French fries were soggy.
* What a drag.
* The drag performer goes by the name of Patty and has nice buns.
* They say the place is absolutely Divine.
* Hope her lawsuit isn’t a bust.
