CAR THEFT VICTIMS ARRESTED AFTER CATCHING THIEVES
Two 14-year-old boys stole a car in Garfield Heights, Ohio, Sunday afternoon. The car had a GPS tracking system inside, and the adult owners of the car caught up with the teens in Cleveland. A car chase ensued, during which the teens hit several utility poles and crashed into a townhome. The adults ordered the teens out of the car and into a trunk at gunpoint, and then drove them to a police station. Instead of arresting the teens, police charged the adults with felonious assault and kidnapping.

* The adults were also charged with recklessness for choosing a house near utility poles and a townhome that could be struck if their car was ever stolen.
