MAN ROBS BANK WITH A STICK

A man was arrested in Reidsville, North Carolina, after allegedly robbing a bank Tuesday afternoon. According to police, the suspect walked into the bank holding a large stick and yelled, “This is a robbery,” then jumped over the counter and grabbed some money. About five minutes after the robbery, Kendrick Hart, 29, was stopped in a grocery store parking lot by a sheriff’s deputy and placed under arrest.
* Literally, a stick-up.
* A stick? Was it sharpened, at least?
* Maybe he robbed a branch office.
* He told a friend about his plans and the friend said, “Make sure you bring the wood.”
* At least it wasn’t a stick of dynamite.
* Is it wise to shout, “This is a robbery” during a robbery? Wouldn’t you be better off shouting, “This is just a test. Continue to go about your business!”
