DAD SEES VIDEO OF SON STEALING XMAS DECORATIONS
On Monday, a Denver TV station posted a clip from a security video showing some young people brazenly stealing Christmas decorations from a home in the suburb of Centennial. The video showed two people apparently ripping out Christmas lights before eventually snatching a festive dinosaur and cramming it inside the back of a sedan and speeding off. That video was seen by the older brother of one of the vandals, and he alerted their dad. As soon as he saw it, dad boarded a plane to Colorado and within four hours eight people from two different families were on the doorstep of the man whose decorations were taken. The thieves, in their 20’s, apologized and accepted accepting responsibility for their actions alongside their “equally embarrassed and ashamed parents.” The individuals were cited and they will have to go to court and pay fines.
* From “Wait’ll your father gets home” to “Wait’ll your father lands.”
* I’d make the kid pay for the airline ticket, too.
* Wait – in their 20’s? So they’re millennials and they’re broke. That’s why they can’t afford their own decorations.
* Airline employee to dad: “Is this trip business or pleasure?” Dad: “It’ll be a pleasure giving my son the business.”
* I’m sorry, but … “festive dinosaur”?
* PHONE TOPIC: Did you ever have to atone for something?
