WOMAN USED BARE HANDS TO GRAB LETTUCE FROM SALAD BAR
An off-duty female sheriff’s deputy was having lunch Friday afternoon with her two children at Mazzio’s Pizza in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, when she saw another customer use her bare hands to grab salad out of the salad bar. As detailed in an Oklahoma City Police Department report, Deputy Adebola Atoka was “at the salad bar selecting food for her plate” when she spotted Williams digging into a bowl of salad with her bare hands. The officer alerted restaurant staffers, who changed out the salad. After the lettuce had been replaced, the woman returned to the salad bar and again dug in with her hands, prompting the officer to tell her that “she should not do that.” The woman responded by punching the officer in the face, a blow that knocked the deputy’s glasses off. The woman, Lindsay Williams, 29, was subsequently arrested for assault and battery.
* They fingerprinted her using the French dressing as ink.
* Someone at a pizza joint choosing to eat healthy, and this happens.
* Must have been one of those all-you-can-feel salad bars.
* Sounds like a tough joint, huh?
* This is nothing. During Easter Brunch the Easter Bunny got beaten up.
* Now the wine steward’s been taken hostage.
* Okay, the chances of this place having a wine steward are not that great.
* They don’t need a wine steward. They need a fight doctor.
