WOMAN CLAIMS AIRLINE PEED IN HER SUITCASE
A woman who flew United Airlines from Newark to San Francisco claimed her luggage was opened – and urinated in – by an airline employee. Laura Henry didn’t notice anything was wrong until she opened her luggage in California last week, saw yellow stains and smelled the urine. Henry said her stained clothes reeked of pee but she managed to get both the stains and smells out after a few washes. United Airlines insisted that none of their workers would have committed such a grotesque act, but nonetheless bought new luggage for her.
* Isn’t United the Number 1 airline?
* I remember when United just wrecked guitars.
* When she opened her luggage she saw red … and also the yellow.
* United insisted that none of their workers did it? Well, that’s good enough for me.
* If they had merely doubted it was one of their people, I’d still have my suspicions, but when they INSISTED, well, then I was convinced.
* She washed the clothes several times and went on wearing them? Sorry, I couldn’t undo that image in my head.
* First, she felt that relief we all go through knowing the airlines didn’t lose the bags, and then this happens.
* Let’s be fair. Maybe there’s a wolf in the Newark airport and it was just marking its territory.
