WALMART IS DEVELOPING ROBOT SHOPPING CARTS

Walmart is currently working on a self-driving shopping cart that customers would be able to hail like an Uber through a smartphone app. The retailer filed a patent for a cart that has a motor and video cameras. The cart would also be able to return itself from customers’ cars to the store.
* Can it repair it’s own wobbly wheel?
* These are for when pushing a cart becomes too much work for Americans.
* Have you seen these jumbo-size Walmart shoppers? They lean over the cart so it’ll hold their top half up.
* The robot cart will stop in the frozen food section and refuse to budge until you buy six pizzas.
* I’d want a shopping cart that can lead me to the fastest checkout.
* How about some robot trucks for Walmart so the Tracy Morgan accident won’t happen again?
* I assume the robot trucks could go 28 hours straight without crashing.
* Sure, that’s what I think of when I think of Walmart: cutting edge technology.
* This will be great till someone hacks into the system and Walmart looks like bumper cars.
* Have you noticed this trend? Nearly every story about something new must contain at least one reference to Uber.
