TWO MEN SUE HOOTERS FOR SEXUAL HARASSMENT
Two men who worked for Hooters restaurants in Los Angeles claim their male boss sexually harassed them for years. The men were Hooters’ managers at multiple locations, including downtown Los Angeles, Costa Mesa, and Hollywood. PJ Cagnina and Scott Peterson filed a lawsuit Tuesday alleging multiple instances of harassment. One of those instances accuses their boss of throwing one of the men “down to the parking lot ground” and forcibly engaging in simulated sodomy, according to the suit. They also claim the defendant would “touch male employee’s buttocks when standing behind them.” They claim they confronted their boss about the behavior and the company investigated him. Within months, the boss was fired with no explanation as to why. But soon after, Peterson was also let go, which his attorney argues was in retaliation.
* I blame Caitlyn Jenner. But I don’t know why.
* The men were also criticized because their man boobs weren’t big enough.
* Sounds like the boss was getting a little behind in his work.
* You hate to see this kind of behavior at a quality workplace like Hooters.
* Isn’t just calling a place Hooters a form of sexual harassment?
* I could just hear the corporate lawyers now: “Your honor the name refers to owls. Nothing but owls.”
* Ironically, if these guys took all this, they’re a couple of boobs anyway.
* I mean the very first time the boss grabs your ass, you have to settle it right then.
