TRUMP TO BE SWORN IN ON TWO BIBLES

President-elect Donald Trump will be sworn into office using two Bibles – one belonging to Abraham Lincoln, and the other a gift from his mother. The Lincoln Bible was used by Lincoln in 1861 and Barack Obama in 2009 and 2013. Trump’s family Bible was given to him on June 12, 1955, by his mother when he graduated from Sunday Church Primary School at First Presbyterian Church in Queens, New York.
* They’re using two Bibles so he can’t keep one hand behind his back with his fingers crossed.
* They have the Lincoln Bible there in case his own Bible goes up in flames when he puts his hand on it.
* Trump says his Bible is better. Tremendously better. More Bibly. It’s got revelations you wouldn’t believe.
* Enjoy it. This is probably the last time the name Trump will be in the same sentence as Abraham Lincoln.

* First the haircuts, now the Bibles. I like how these news stories are creeping closer and closer to the main event.

* Trump comes into the Inauguration on a real roll. Not only did he take on the intelligence community, but he even found time for Meryl Streep.
