STADIUM BATHROOMS FAIL FOR 100,000
Last Saturday at the Alabama – Texas A&M game, an announcement came over the PA just before half-time at Bryant-Denny Stadium in Tuscaloosa, asking the 100,000 fans to not use the restrooms because there was no water pressure, and the toilets weren’t flushing. Men and women began to share bathrooms to use the few toilets that were working. Alabama beat Texas A&M 33-14.
* goooooOOOOOO Crimson Tide!
* It was the fastest second half in history.
* Finally, a good use for all those empty Gatorade bottles.
* Ahh, the pageantry of those college football games in the Fall.
* Okay, the bathrooms weren’t working. Let’s not raise a big stink about it.
* Those bathrooms are going to need more than some cans of air freshener.
* Do the janitors get a bonus in situations like this?
* They could have started an emergency compost heap behind the stadium.
* Stopping up a toilet is as close to stopping Alabama as anyone has gotten in years.
* Chants of “Hold ’em” were replaced with “Hold it.”
* See, this is why Bear Bryant was such a legend. Bears go in the woods.
