SHEBOYGEN SERIAL TOILET CLOGGER CAPTURED

The Sheboygen, Wisconsin, serial toilet clogger has finally been caught and arrested. The unnamed 33-year-old man had been stuffing empty soda bottles into the pipes at the Deland Park community center over the past two years, leaving a blockage and no way for waste to escape. He damaged at least 30 toilets, which have cost at least $3,000 to fix. Police said they were tipped off by a citizen.
