SEMI FULL OF COOKIE DOUGH BURNS
A semi-trailer hauling 29,000 pounds of chocolate chip cookie dough caught fire shortly before 4 a.m. yesterday (Tuesday) morning on southbound I-465 on Indianapolis’ east side. Commuters experienced long delays across the north side through Tuesday’s morning rush.
* Mmmmmm … truck crash.
* Could we have a moment of silence?
* They couldn’t have handed fresh-baked cookies to drivers as they passed by?
* So, what happened – did they end up with one huge 14-and-a-half ton chocolate chip cookie?
* Call me crazy, but why not bake the cookies at the same place you make the dough, and save a few bucks?
* 29,000 pounds of chocolate chip cookie dough? That’s enough to supply Mike and Molly for a whole month.
* Damn, I wish they hadn’t canceled that show.
* See, the beauty of Mike and Molly fat jokes was that you could be accused of being insensitive, but at least they couldn’t say you were sexist.
* Isn’t it interesting how many truck accidents involve food products?
* I mean you’d almost get the feeling that this entire country was overweight.
