PIZZA ICE CREAM

A Philadelphia ice cream shop – Little Baby’s Ice Cream in the Kensington neighborhood – has created a pizza ice cream flavor. Little Baby’s is located very near Pizza Brain, an American pizza culture museum and pizzeria, and home to the world’s largest collection of pizza memorabilia and collectibles, so they thought they’d do a tie-in. The ice cream contains crushed tomatoes, salt, crushed red pepper, oregano, raw garlic paste, and basil.
* Pizza Ice Cream. Well, that’s two good things ruined.
* Little Baby’s could have located next to the Tastykake factory, but noooooooo …
* Maybe if it also had pepperoni, sausage, onions and mushrooms.
* You can put it in a blender with tomato juice and have a pizza milkshake.
* If they had opened a Little Baby’s near the Liberty Bell, would their ice cream have crack in it?
* PHONE TOPIC: Are you one of those people who will try weird ice cream? Why? What’s the strangest flavor you’ve had?
