PARKOUR!
A University of Pittsburgh student trying to impress a date tried to jump between two buildings. He missed, fell three stories and got stuck in a space about 16-18 inches wide. The woman who climbed to the roof with the student called 911 after he fell. Emergency responders spent several hours working to rescue the man, including cutting holes through the wall of a Qdoba restaurant. The man was rescued at about 6 a.m. and taken away in an ambulance. He was believed to have an ankle injury.
* Not to mention the bruised ego.
* Who did he think he was – Peter Parkour?
* So, did he end up catching the Pokemon, or no?
* Wow, talk about falling hard for someone.
* Plus, he did end up impressing her … with what an idiot he is.
* On the bright side, the hole in the Qdoba restaurant is now their new drive-thru window.
* Somebody needs to tell this guy that when we see this in the movies, it isn’t real.
* No problem. He’s been offered a tryout with Cirque du Soleil. (Hey, if he did this and all he got was an ankle injury, he deserves a tryout somewhere.)
* Why not try to impress her the traditional way: By pretending to be a sensitive guy?
* What was she supposed to think: “This man is a reckless moron. I really want to be with him”?
* PHONE TOPIC: What stupid thing have you done trying to impress a girl?
